Delete your Linkup Match account

1. Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open Linkup Match and sign in.
2. Tap You, then Account & security.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.

2. No longer have the app? Ask us

Email support@linkupmatch.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. To protect you, we only act on requests from that address. We confirm by email once it's done, within 7 days.

3. What we delete

• Your profile, photos, stories and verification selfie.
• Your messages, connections and connection requests.
• Your preferences, blocks and notification settings.
• Your name and email are removed from the account record, which is kept only as an anonymous placeholder.

4. What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records (amount, date, reference), for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Safety reports made by or about the account, where needed to stop repeat abuse or to meet legal obligations.

Backup copies are overwritten on our regular backup cycle (within 30 days). See the Privacy Policy for more.
